Yoga for Kids allows the exploration of yoga postures and concepts in a fun and non-competitive environment. We use songs, games and stories to help you and your child stretch and strengthen your bodies, as well as beginning to explore ideas such as compassion, patience, focus and balance (to name a few).

This class is geared towards students of all levels of experience and is of a mild to moderate intensity. Each class focuses on a specific theme (shoulder and heart openers, hip openers, or preparing for and refining a particular pose). Each class is based on the belief that in order to create functional and balanced movement, you need to build mobility that is balanced with stability, strength that is balanced with softness, all in a pain free range. This class is for you if you are recovering from an injury or illness, or looking for a slower or more gentle practice.
Restorative yoga consists of only a few fully supported postures (using bolsters, cushions, blankets) to balance your nervous system. By allowing your body to rest deeply, it allows for the nervous system to move into a more balanced state to create an environment to optimize physical and emotional healing. This class is for students of all levels of experience and is at a mild intensity. This class is for you if you are recovering from an injury or illness, suffer from any nervous system disorder (anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia) or are simply looking to slow down, relax and nurture yourself.

A gentle yoga program to support those undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment or serious illness or injury. Gentle movement, restorative poses and relaxation to aid in stress reduction and re-discovering a sense of well-being.
